Full review of the new Flex Enervive EMS

The new Flex Enervive comes from the same company behind the Flex Belt and as such employs the same technology, and is as up to date as the Flex Belt is with regards to design and materials. Like the Flex Belt and all other EMS toners, the Enervive uses EMS to send shocks to the nerves which in turn spread throughout the muscle group causing them to expand and contract, emulating exercise.

The main difference between the Enervive and traditional electronic ab toners is that the Gel Pads are not held in a belt and so can be used on any muscle group such as thighs, butt, arms and of course the abdomen. This means that the Enervive is a versatile product and real value for money. 

The fact that it can be used in various different muscle groups around your body means it is also a useful method of relaxation as it is proven to relax tight muscles before and/or after exercise and reduces muscle tension and fatigue.  Users also use the Enervive to get rid of knots in pains in various muscle groups such as in the shoulders, lower back, legs etc.

The manufacturers behind the Enervive also claim that it improves poor blood circulation and that 30 minutes use is equal to 500 sit-ups. With regards to abdominal toning, the Enervive is clinically proven to tone your muscles by generating deep yet comfortable contractions. These contractions result in firmer, more toned and stronger abdominal muscles.

While the Enervive did get results, the Flex Belt achieved these results faster. This may be because the pulses in the Flex Belt seemed to be stronger than the Enervive. The main difference between the Enervive and the other products we’ve tested is the design. This has an obvious advantage over the others as it can be used on various different muscle groups and not just your abs.

However, due to the way the gel pads it did not feel as secure to wear as traditionally designed ab belts, particularly the Flex Belt.

Although 92% of users said they found it easy to fit the Enervive into their daily routine, the fact it wasn’t as secure to wear as the other products meant it was not as mobile and perhaps not as easy to use when carrying out activities such as walking.
