Do Ab Belts cause weight loss?

The short answer is NO! Using an Electronic abdominal toning belt will not result in weight loss – you will need to complete an exercise regime in order to achieve this!

Ab  belts will however strengthen, build and tone the muscles already there in the same way conventional abdominal workouts will.

It is also advisable to stick to a healthy and balanced diet and keep an eye on what you drink. I wish to point out that health and safety comes first with any weight reduction plan,this comes from my very own experience -i decided to take off 100 pounds of 270 –and that i did, however in brief interval and with out proper plan,you’ll be able to only think about what i used to be passing by, ravenous,continuously exercising,feeling depressed…….the list was endless.No matter how fat you might be, remember that healthy weight loss just isn’t going to happen by night time and should you don’t change way of life you will fight the fat your complete life.

    I’ve been attempting to shed extra pounds for years. It is all the time an up and down struggle. I take 2 steps forward and 4 backwards. I never seem to make much progress. I’ll start a food regimen, do properly for awhile, then return to my outdated habits. I do it time and time again.
